WHAT IS YOUR APPLICATION FEE?

The application fee is $35.00 per adult and is completely non-refundable.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT?

The security deposit is $450.00 per adult and $50.00 per set of keys.

HOW MANY APPLICATIONS DO YOU TAKE PER APARTMENT?

We take one application per apartment to acceptance or rejection.

WHAT LENGTH LEASE DOES WARNER PROPERTIES OFFER?

One year. After the first year you may have the option of a short-term lease, buy/build or a job transfer clause.

DOES WARNER PROPERTIES HAVE ON-SITE MANAGERS?

Yes, we have at least one set of Managers that live on-site at each building.

DO YOU OUT-SOURCE DECORATING AND MAINTENANCE?

No, we have our own full-time maintenance and decorating crew. There is someone on call for maintenance 24/7.

SHOULD I HAVE RENTER'S INSURANCE?

Yes!

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

We do NOT accept any pets. However, at Penn Village Townhomes, we will accept up to two declawed, neutered cats with a $150.00 security deposit per cat and a $20.00 monthly fee per cat.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PROPERTIES IN RICHFIELD?

No, only our main office is located in Richfield.

ARE THERE ANY OPTIONS IF FOR SOME REASON I DON'T LIKE MY NEW APARTMENT OR BUILDING WITH WARNER PROPERTIES?

Yes. You don't break a lease with Warner Properties if you stay with Warner Properties. We have seven buildings in the Uptown, two in Loring Park, one in south Minneapolis, and townhomes in Bloomington, so if you don't care for your new apartment, ask us about our other buildings.

WHAT UTILITIES DO I NEED TO GET CONNECTED?

At Penn Village you need to call CenterPoint Energy and the phone company. Some apartments at Penn Village and all of Parkway need to call Xcel Energy to connect electricity. All of the other properties you only need to worry about starting your phone service. Your electric is read on your move-in and will be billed with your monthly rent statement.

WHAT UTILITIES DO I PAY?

At the Parkway you pay your electric and your phone and heat is electric. Penn Village is separate townhomes - you pay all the utilities except for water and garbage disposal. At all of the other Warner Properties buildings you pay for only your electric and phone. The heat is not electric.

WHICH BUILDINGS HAVE PARKING?

Dupont and Emerson Courts have parking with plug-ins. The Granada and the El Capitan have garage and lot parking. 125 Oak Grove has two lots for parking. Penn Village has two stalls in front of each townhouse for parking. Fulton Terrace has an attached heated garage.
