Warner Properties
About Us

Warner Properties is a family operated business of apartment homes. We own and manage our own buildings. Taking care of our buildings and our residents is all we do, and all we have done for over 80 years.

We are very community minded: we volunteer on many boards, local business associations, and neighborhood groups. We want our residents' voices to be heard in all of these forums. We also keep in close contact with the Community Crime Prevention/Safe and local police departments for any news that our residents should be aware of.

Our apartment buildings are located in four different neighborhoods:
• Bloomington - We have two bedroom townhomes at 90th and Penn. This southern suburb offers quiet family life with the convenience of quick access to freeways and the city.

• Minneapolis - Our high-rise in south Minneapolis offers studios, one and two bedrooms and is minutes away from Lake Harriet and the upscale 50th and France.

• Uptown - Warner Properties is synonymous with eclectic Uptown. We offer seven buildings with old world charm and modern updates. The vitality of the Uptown partnered with the closeness of Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles makes for a wonderland of a back yard. The Uptown apartment homes offer studios, one and two bedrooms.

• Loring Park - The village feel of Loring Park finishes the Warner Properties neighborhoods. Enjoy a home with a diverse neighborhood, newly renovated park, theatres, and restaurants, all within walking distance to downtown.

Our full time maintenance and decorating staff is on call 24/7 to assure no problem goes unattended. Warner Properties is very proud of the care we show to our residents' apartments.
